Terms of Service

TOC AI OPS provides done-for-you AI systems — including AI receptionist, chatbots, vibe-coded websites, and reputation/SEO automation — for small businesses. Engaging our services (by booking a call, signing a proposal, or paying an invoice) constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in the proposal or invoice agreed at signup. These Terms apply alongside that scope.

One-time setup fees (e.g., website builds) are invoiced per the agreed schedule and are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Payments are due within the terms stated on your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is settled.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with written notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods already paid.

Setup work that has commenced cannot be refunded, as the labor and deliverables are already produced. You retain access to completed deliverables you've paid in full for.

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to required accounts or platforms, and reasonably prompt feedback during builds. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend delivery timelines.

You are responsible for the legality of the content you ask us to publish and for compliance with laws applicable to your business and your clients.

Upon full payment, custom deliverables built specifically for you (e.g., your website, your chatbot configuration) transfer to your ownership, to the extent we have rights to transfer. Underlying platforms, tools, and proprietary frameworks remain our property or that of our vendors.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOC AI OPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
